Burdock root is delicious and quite good at detoxifying the blood and lymphatic system. It’s an amazing combination of taste and function…and very rare. The dose is often difficult to swallow with many herbal combinations. This tea is a wonderful exception. With gingerbread spices, this wintery decoction is warming, nourishing (stinging nettle is very nourishing), and pleasant enough to drink daily. Top it with coconut whip cream and a dash of pumpkin pie spice.
